Installation guide

Download the right app for each Windows PC.

Rackside Site

1. Sign in with your approved Rackside account and download Site.
2. Extract the ZIP to a folder and run Rackside Site.
3. Select your plant adapter and devices. Add the technician by code, then enable them for your chosen duration.

Rackside Remote

1. Technicians sign in and download the Remote setup.
2. Run setup on the approved engineering PC. Installation and the worker need administrator permission.
3. Enroll with the setup code from your Rackside administrator, then choose your customer site.

Unsigned builds

These builds are unsigned. Windows SmartScreen may show a warning. Follow your company’s IT policy. Application-control settings may block the apps.

Verify the files

The Downloads page lists each file’s SHA-256. In PowerShell, run Get-FileHash -Algorithm SHA256 <downloaded-file> and compare the complete value before running the file.
